Insurance and Qualifications

INSURANCE, SAFETY & QUALIFICATIONS :

We are comprehensively insured with public and product liability cover.

We recognise the vital importance of all issues of staff welfare and client and public safety. Constant attention to detailed site assessment and risk assessment is carried out prior to commencement of any work.

All our equipment is maintained and inspected on a regular basis with climbing and lifting equipment having regular 6 monthly LOLER inspections, our machinery compiles with all PUWER regulations. Both LOLER & PUWER regulations are manditory.

Our staff our always undertaking regular training, both in house & externally to ensure we are safe and competent. This training finalises in an NPTC certificate, the accepted industry standard for all tree work operations.

All staff hold an Emergency First Aid at Work certificate & the a mandatory Aerial rescue certificate.

All our work is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of British Standards BS3998 and the relevant HSE requirement, this ensure you get the best quality work.

Copies of all certificates are sent out with every quotation to ensure you have all the information you need.

EQUIPMENT, TOOLS & MACHINERY :

In order for us to carry out work efficiently and safely we have a vast array of specialist equipment, machinery and vehicles.

Our Land Rover Defender 130 Heavy Duty is an extremely capable vehicle on and off road & maintains a professional image for the company.

Handling all tasks in tough conditions, whatever the weather is doing we can get to you to complete the work, unlike some Ford Transit variant vehicles.

Behind our Defender we tow a 6 inch wood chipper. This machine turns large amounts green waste from our tree work quickly & efficiently into a useful, low carbon product.

In addition to our Defender & chipper we have an off road fork lift capable of efficiently moving large timber on any type of ground surface. Larger timber can then be hauled on our tractor & trailer. These pieces of machinery mean we can efficiently deal with the largest trees.
